CONDITIONS OF RETURNS Returned product(s) should be in the original packaging as well as include any manuals, cables, and accessories.
RESTOCKING FEES Open / Used returns due to customer error at the time of order, are subject to a 20% restocking fee If applicable and is of the sole discretion of FandSDesign.com
DEFECTIVE ITEM We pay the full return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e., you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) Defective product(s) will be replaced with a like item, upon return, when possible.
Changed your mind - If you have changed your mind and want to return your order you may return your item(s) at your expense. Please include a note with your order# and reason for return. Open boxes / non original packaging may incur 20% restocking fee. See Conditions of Returns
Defective items - If after we assist with any troubleshooting your item is found to be defective, we will exchange it. We pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e., you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please include a note with your order# and description of the issue.
